To our valued customers,
At Golden Empire Equipment, Inc, the health and safety of our employees, customers, and communities is our top priority. As such, we are closely monitoring the growing public-health concern surrounding the COVID-19 Coronavirus. We are taking vigilant action, and updating processes and policies as needed, while continuing to deliver our unparalleled service and normal business hours.
What you can expect from us:
- We have canceled our Open House / Customer Appreciation Day/Week.
- In lieu of the event, we will be offering Free Pick-up and Delivery for the month of April on all Service Work Scheduled.
- We will also be offering free shipping / delivery of parts for all local customers (Excludes wholesale and regularly shipped items) and equipment purchased.
- We will also be offering curbside service. Customers can call from the parking lot, and an employee will come outside to help. This will reduce customer contact and traffic in the building.
- We will continue to monitor the latest information from the CDC and public health agencies, follow their recommended guidelines, and notify you if there are any changes to our operations.
- We have enhanced our cleaning procedures and have educated our staff on best practices recommended by the CDC, including Hand Sanitizing Stations throughout the dealership, and increased frequency of cleaning and sanitizing (especially in high traffic areas).
- We have a strict employee policy requiring sick employees to stay home if sick.
- We are working with our suppliers to actively monitor and avoid supply chain interruptions.
What we are asking of our Customers:
- Please maintain 6 feet of distance between staff and other customers
- Please limit up to 10 customers in the showroom at once
- Please limit customers in sales or service offices to 2 max
